Today has a theme of finding and creating peace through trust in God. Sandy wrote, "I would like to leave you with these last words when fear tries to overtake you. Keep your mind focused on Jesus and stretch out your arms trusting in Him with great intentionality!"

You can be certain of His peace, my friend, for our God always fulfills His promises!

"Perfect Peace In Jesus"

There is a tremendous amount of uncertainty in this world, but one thing is for sure is that we have a God of great certainty. Everything around us is being shaken that can be shaken, but we can be assured as well, that as we put our trust in God and look to Him all our days, that will never be shaken! 

If we choose to look at our circumstance all around us, we would all have to admit it can be very overwhelming and extremely fearful... if we allow that to be our focal point.  The good news is as believers in Jesus Christ, we do not have to experience being overwhelmed or fearful at all! We can truly experience just the opposite. 

What is the opposite??? Let's take a look at the scripture which says,

"You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3

That is a most welcoming verse, especially during this day and age. That is God's amazing promise to us as His children.  As we keep our minds fully upon Jesus and completely trust in Him, He shall grant us His perfect peace. 

I choose to embrace that passage head on, and will not let that go within my heart. Even though there is chaos and mayhem all around us, none of us have to partner with the fear that the world is experiencing right now. From the time we get up in the morning and the time we go to bed every night, we can walk out our days with God's perfect peace. 

I would like to leave you with these last words when fear tries to overtake you. Keep your mind focused on Jesus and stretch out your arms trusting in Him with great intentionality! With full expectation experience His peace sweeping over you. You can be certain of His peace, my friend, for our God always fulfills His promises!
