Tuesday Writing...11/19.19..."Our Healer And Deliverer!"

Good Morning

Today the writing is about the role that God shows us as our Healer and our Deliverer. This is something He gives us when we are are floundering and do not know where to turn. Sandy wrote, "We then can bring God all the Glory and encourage others that need His help as well. We shall tell the world that God is our forever Healer and Deliverer!"

One of our special blessings is God looking at us an His children to protect, deliver, and keep safe.

Today's Devotional "He Is Our Healer And Our Deliverer!"

Written by
Sandy Billingham

Today I was meditating on a particular passage that really caught my attention. It reminded me that our Lord doesn't just help us get by in life.  He is so much bigger than that. He wants to meet our every single need to capacity. He promises not to withhold any good thing from us. That is just who He is!

The passage I was meditating on is out of Psalms 107:20 which says,
He sent out his word and healed them;
    He rescued them from the grave.

(NIV)

That is a dynamite scripture that covers all the bases in our life. God sent His Word to heal us at every level of our life. That includes physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. He wants every part of those areas healed by His healing power.
The other part of the passage says that He delivered them from their destruction which also covers a multitudes of areas in our life. That could be trauma, addictions, brokenness, out breaks of rage, and the list goes on and on.

Essentially, as we call out to our Lord for those areas that we need to be healed of and delivered from, He will help us.

He doesn't want our life to be fragmented and damaged. He paid for all of our Healing and Deliverance on rthe Cross.  He shall bring wholeness and restoration to us.
He wants to put all the broken and shattered pieces of our life back together. He wants to heal all of our sicknesses and diseases.
We then can bring God all the Glory and encourage others that need His help as well. We shall tell the world that God is our forever Healer and Deliverer!
