Good Morning,
Today's writing talks about the wonders and beauty of creation and the love of God for his people. Corinne has written, "God had planned the human part of His creation and knew that one day His people would be significantly moved by what they saw in the inventiveness of His creation. It all comes to a master painting by the supreme Artist, and we get to enjoy it on earth…His museum."
It would be beneficial to go out to view and to enjoy the beauty of Creation today.
Blessings,
Corinne

"Many Painted Wonders"

Today my
husband and I had to go out along a country road to meet our son and help him
and his family move into a new house. It is about twenty miles through an uninhabited area. From the minute we left our city I was amazed and
praising God for the beauty that we were encountering along that road.
In
California the hills are only green for a short time just after New Years. Then
the grasses dry up and are brown for the rest of the year. I like to call them
golden hills pulling on the term used with the name with our
state..."Golden California." Most people do not agree with my
Pollyanna take on this. Anyway, this year has been a VERY rainy year, and the grass is
still green in mid April. Now I am not talking about a dull green; this green
is brightest emerald green.
Other colors were sprinkled in the green. Orange poppies were blooming with abandon. There were also purple flowers contrasting with the orange. I don't know what those flowers are. In addition, mustard is flowering everywhere in fields of yellow.
When we were travelling home white fluffy clouds had started to form in the blue sky. It took my breath away. For several years we were in a drought and clouds were never seen. This whole thing is gift of God. He starts painting early in the morning as the sun comes over the horizon.
I think you get my point, and I will not belabor it. However, I must mention some of the things, that to me, are inspiringly beautiful in our universe. These would include the moon, mountains, ocean, galaxies that are only recently seen by men when captured by the Hubble telescope, and so on and so on.
Did you ever consider the fact that God created these things and many others before there was anyone to see them? Of course, God had planned the human part of His creation and knew that one day His people would be significantly moved by what they saw in the inventiveness of His creation. It all comes to a master painting by the supreme Artist, and we get to enjoy it on earth…His museum.
I must not forget the “magnum opus” that God has given man. Our Lord Jesus, our Redeemer.
Scripture tells us…
"It is not to angels that He has subjected
the world to come, about which we are speaking.
But there is a place where someone has testified:
the world to come, about which we are speaking.
But there is a place where someone has testified:
'What is mankind that You are mindful of them, a son of man that You care for Him? You made them a little lower than the angels;
You crowned them with glory and honor!
Hebrews 2:5-7
Thank you Lord for all Your gifts and
blessings that You bestow on us constantly.
