Good Morning
Today's devotional is a bit different than the usual. I did have a hard time formatting it, so I do apologize for that. Karen Bennett has written about her love for God and how she wants to avoid "disappointing" God. She is grateful for the fact that He understands and forgives her. It is a universal feeling of unworthiness. However, thank God that he does not look at it that way. Karen wrote, "Thank You for being slow to anger and quick to forgive.
Deep in Your love, You invite me to live."
He is God who makes all things possible!!

Ah Jesus, You fill each of my daysWith songs to You and words of praise.I love every moment of that time with YouAnd thank You for Your love so true.
At times I dwell in sorrow for my sins.
And can’t thank You enough that Your forgiveness always wins. I’m heartbroken when I disappoint You so It’s not my wish and I’m so glad You know.
I really want to sin much less.
Perfectionism is not mine, I do confess.
I do the opposite of what I want to do
Before I even realize it, I’ve sinned against You.
Lord, if only I could perfectly follow Your ways
With no mistakes to burden my days.
Of myself I am too weak to succeed,
It’s You, Lord Jesus, I desperately need.
You fill my life with meaning and hope And because of it I am able to cope.
The sins I commit I know You forgive
When sincere repentance from my heart I give.
