We are a group of Christian women (and one man) who write daily devotionals and other articles of interest to women.
We publish daily. Praying that you will enjoy this ministry.

Thank you and God bless,
Corinne Mustafa.......and the Writing Staff of "WFM"

One of our writers is writing a novel, called AFTER THE EVENT, that is published Saturdays separately from the daily posts. There is a link on the left side that will take you to the blog of the novel which is being posted in installments.

Good morning...

I want to report to you that Mary, for whom I asked for prayer is doing wonderfully. Here new kidney is working so well that she may be released from the hospital today! Thank you for your prayers, and thank God. Please keep her in your prayers as she continues her recuperation at home. Thank you Jehovah for your loving kindness to Mary and to all who suffer today.

God bless from
Corinne

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

The Devotional component in the Wednesday Writings of Women's Focus Ministries is titled, "The Lord Totally Has This!" and was written by Sandy Billingham. The theme of this is that God knows all that we need and provides His best for His people. We must learn not to jump in and take things on our own. We must wait for Him. Sandy wrote, "Daily our Lord want us to surrender our all to Him, so He can take care of us in whatever we may face that particular day. Let me share the verse that really sums its up. Isaiah 41:10"

 "The Lord Totally Has This!"

Sometimes it is extremely difficult not to take the reigns and do things  the way I think they should be done. And quite honestly, way too many times I have done  just that. I  think  we all know the end result on that one. When we try to take over and do things according to our fleshly ways or what WE think is the best way, things do not turn out well at all, and we end up frustrated and disappointed.
The Lord knows each of us inside out . He knows how we are wired and what is the very best for us in every single situation. After all... He divinely created us, and Yes... each of  us are fearfully and wonderfully made!
So the bottom line is, the Lord wants to be in control of our life. He wants to walk with us in the decisions we are facing and  impart His wisdom. He wants to help us when we feel like giving up and show us there is light at the end of the tunnel. He wants to give us peace when we are momentarily experiencing chaos.
Daily our Lord want us to surrender our all to Him, so He can take care of us in whatever we may face that particular day. Let me share the verse that really sums its up.

"Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed,  for I am your God.
I will  strengthen you, Yes, I will help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10
That verse says so much how our precious Savior wants to carry us and meet our needs when He knows we will struggle many, many times throughout our life. Our Heavenly Father SO wants  to have full control of our entire life. As we give Jesus our all, He WILL take care of every detail of our life.
Be encouraged my friend! When life starts getting tough...lay those things at the feet of Jesus! He is a good, good Daddy and He totally has this!!
In His Care,

Sandy Billingham

Snippets of Spiritual Insights  from Beverley

today i pray that you have hope- the kind of hope that wraps itself around you and lifts you up- the kind that encourages you and strengthens you- the kind that fills your heart on behalf of another- the kind that finds you and embraces you until you feel alive again- the kind that walks beside you and before you- beckoning you to believe- the kind of hope that gives you courage- the hope that makes its way through the cracks of your broken heart- to bring its light- until you can believe in it once again- and allow it to have its incredible way- in your life and spirit.

Today's Prayer for Healing and Miracles

Heavenly Father,
You proclaim in your Word that you do miracles. You boldly announce your miracles. You do not whisper them or hide them for fear we will ask you for more of them.
You love to bless your children.
We read that you parted the Red Sea, saved Daniel from the lions' den, and brought Lazarus back to life.
You healed people of every kind of health problem from fevers to blindness to feared diseases. You even picked up an ear laying on the ground and miraculously placed it back on the person's head attached and healed.
Today I come to you with my problems. They are large, but they are no larger than what you always performed.
You tell us to ask you for what we want.
In James, you tell us that sometimes we don't get because we don't ask.
Lord, I'm asking that you would intervene in my need and bring your supernatural power to help me.
I'm going to boldly reach out to others who love you and ask them to pray with me for my situation.
Father, I declare that I will not just seek your power, but I will continually seek an ever deepening relationship with you.
I will agree with Psalm 73:28 TLB "But as for me, I get as close to God as I can!"
In love, I pray in Jesus' Name,
Amen                                                                                  Copyright © 2012 Beth McLendon of Inspirational-Prayers.com
