Saturday Writing...5/23/20..."YOUR CALLING"

Good Morning,

I am working with a new system and some days I have trouble with the fonts and sizes. I apologize.

Today we are looking at the topic of what God's call to us means and how we find it. God has given all of us gifts that are tailor made for the life God has created us to do. What a blessing and an honor to be a person who completes a wish direction that He has pointed our and to which He has led us. you will be able to find out your calling by paying attention to His whispers and experiences that we have. Carol wrote, "Are you seeking to carry out your high calling or are you squelching the Spirit of God within you?  Be filled with the Spirit -- sink deeply into the Word of God and fellowship with other believers. Find out your calling!"

Did you know that if you are a believer in and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ that God has a calling for your life?  Are you following it or just sort of wandering through life?  God has given His church, each believer, certain gifts which we are to use to build up the church, His body on earth.  

God wants to pour out His Spirit on all of His people.  

He wants us to fulfill our mission on earth

love and serve our neighbors
and to spread the gospel of salvation in Jesus
to all people with whom we come in contact.  

God wants to restore and revive us.  It is an exciting adventure to be part of the Body of Christ on earth.  Are you seeking to carry out your high calling or are you squelching the Spirit of God within you?  Be filled with the Spirit -- sink deeply into the Word of God and fellowship with other believers.  

Find out your calling!
