Good Morning,
The writing today centers on the need for prayer that happens constantly. A person could achieve that by having frequent conversations with the Lord...conversations about anything and everything. The main topic at this time is the world wide pandemic. Here is a quote from this writing, "This pandemic that we are experiencing is the most upsetting and challenging that we will ever have to walk through. This is not just an American issue it is a world issue. So let's join in and "pray all the time!"
Praying like this is something that you will love doing.
Blessings and prayers for your health.

But you must help us too by praying for us.
For much thanks and praise will go to God
from you who see his wonderful answers
to your prayers for our safety!

2 Corinthians 1:11
As I look around this at the world I see countless things that need our prayers. The important thing for us to believe and remember is that prayer changes things. We are powerless to change many of our problems, but God is not. Sometimes I think that people do not really believe that, because has His own timing. In addition, while we know what we want, we do not always know what is best for us. God does, and sometimes He has something planned that turns out to be just what the doctor ordered. The best power we have over what ails us is prayer. When we pray God joins the mix and His power is added to ours.
As we study our world there are a myriad of things going on that would benefit from the prayers we say. We are asked to pray without ceasing. The Message says it this way...
Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time;
thank God no matter what happens.
thank God no matter what happens.
this is the way God wants you
who belong to Christ Jesus to live.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
who belong to Christ Jesus to live.

I had planed to make a list of prayer needs to get you going. However, I think you do not need help to "get going." Still I cannot help myself. We are in the middle of the worst catastrophe in my entire lifetime. This pandemic that we are experiencing is the most upsetting and challenging that we will ever have to walk through. This is not just an American issue it is a world issue. So let's join in and "pray all the time!"
