I apologize that this presentation is not done in the way they are usually done. i have been unwell since the day after Christmas. I had vascular surgery that day and it went well. My legs are doing fine. However, I have been exhausted and food is not settling well with me. I hope that it will be improving as time passes. Thank you for your understanding.

"Another New Year"

Two thousand twenty is now here

We’ve  just ushered in another new year.

We’ve made resolutions we hope to keep

 But will probably find we’ve gotten in too deep.

  Intentions are great at the new year’s start,

 But intentions and reality soon seem to part.

 We attempt to align ourselves as we should  be,

  As time passes we realize it’s not going to be.

  Lord Jesus help us beyond this holiday time

  To care more about our promises to You sublime.

   We so want to keep them, as they involve You

   And strive to follow Your word so true.

  Let’s make and keep resolutions to pray for all,

  Whether their problems be great or small.

  For our troubled world we pray for peace.

  With sincere feelings may our prayers never cease.

  Let’s pray for those with hearts of stone

  That they become flesh, no more to groan.

  And those full of hate for lots of mankind

  Be filled instead with love on their mind.

  May we pray for the sick of body and heart

  To turn to Jesus and never again part.

  That their lives become rich realizing His love,

   So perfect it can only come from above.

   We pray for blessings on our loved ones so dear,

   And for our faith to grow giving us nothing to fear.

   We ask You Lord, to help us reach all

   That none be lost when You make the last call.

    Oh Lord, keep us on Your path this year

    And to take no step that will make us veer.

    May our prayers be faithful all year  through

    As we dedicate every day of our lives to You!
