The writing today speaks of the fact that people can rely on God to help them whenever they are anxious about problems that they are facing or about life choices that are challenges. Sandy wrote. "Bring everything to the Lord and expect an outpouring of His goodness in your life all your days!

This is a good habit to cultivate in your life!

"Bring Everything To The Lord"

I have found that God is not a man that He should lie, but He will do everything He says that He will do in His Word . That is of great encouragement and comfort to me. As we do all that God's Word has told us to do and then stand and trust, we know God shall bring it to pass.

There is particularly one scripture I have used multiple times recently when I became very fearful and alarmed about certain situations that were looming before me. Here is that passage...

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

Philippians 4:6-7

When anxiety hit me hard, I would speak that passage over and over again until I knew it was deep in my spirit. And as I knew it was deep in my Spirit, my faith would rise up strong and God would give me great peace that only He could give.

That passage basically says we should never worry about a thing. God desires us to pray about all things with a grateful heart. He asks that our every request be know to Him. As we do all those things, He promises that He will grant us His peace which will guard our hearts and minds in Christ.

I have experienced that first hand to be completely true. If we fully believe His Word and trust God we can live a worry free life!! Worry will come, but it is what we do with it is what counts.

Rest assured if God is always our "GO TO" and we believe He will take care of us and fulfill His promises we can expect a richer, more abundant and joyful life in Christ.
