Women's Focus Ministries

We are a group of Christian women (and one man) who write daily devotionals and other articles of interest to women.
We publish daily. Praying that you will enjoy this ministry.

Thank you and God bless,
Corinne Mustafa.......and the Writing Staff of "WFM"

One of our writers is writing a novel, called AFTER THE EVENT, that is published Saturdays separately from the daily posts. There is a link on the left side that will take you to the blog of the novel which is being posted in installments.

Friday Writing...11/29/19..."Everyone is Redeemable!"

Good Morning,

LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO, SAY SO.

The writing today is proclaiming that redemption can be possible for anyone. Bre wrote, "
All we have to do to realize God can save anyone, is read Acts 9. Your friend is not too far gone, you are not too far gone and no, not even Kanye West is too far gone."

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Day yesterday filled with gratitude.

God bless you one and all
Bre Miller

Today's Devotional

"Everyone is Redeemable!"
Written by Bre Miller

“The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise
as some count slowness, but is patient toward you,
not wishing that any should perish, but
that all should reach repentance. “
2 Peter 3:9 ESV

Unless you’re living under a rock, you have heard about the famous hip hop artist, Kanye West, claiming he became a Christian. I’m not here to talk about whether or not that is true. I’m here to talk about why we shouldn’t assume it isn’t, because of how he used to act.  This isn’t to defend him. He won’t see this blog post. This is for the people we know that we think are nonredeemable, or even ourselves. I know sometimes we think we’re too far gone, as well. Those thoughts are not from God, they’re from the devil.

The truth is, we aren’t good enough on our own. We are all sinners in need of a savior. We have all done things that would send us to hell. Praise God that Jesus died or us and that His Spirit was poured out on all of us! Now we don’t have to do it on our own. We have the Holy Spirit to transform us.

“I have been crucified with Christ.
It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the
Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20 ESV

So, is anyone too far gone? Lets look to The Scriptures for that.
In Acts 9, we see that a man named Saul was doing evil things. Imprisoning and killing Christians. This man became Paul, someone we all regard as a great man of God. Kanye hasn’t murdered anyone. He has mostly just acted very arrogant. He was definitely a flawed individual. Who can deny that? But guess what? We are all flawed. We were all lost at one point.

All we have to do to realize God can save anyone, is read Acts 9. Your friend is not too far gone, you are not too far gone and no, not even Kanye West is too far gone.
