Good Morning,
Today you will be reading about relationships with God and with family. Sandy wrote, "He (God) wants us to be with Him every moment we possibly can. He has so much He wants to show us. He wants to do tremendous healing in our hearts. He loves for us to come to Him. He never tires of us but welcomes us with opens arms."

"It's All About Having A Relationship"

The last day or so, I have been experiencing and understanding more and
more how important it is to have a healthy relationship with my children. To be
quite honest, I do not have the relationship I would like to have with them. I
want to know them more and for them to know me more and have strong ties with
them.
I want them to experience the deep love I have for each of them and that
they can always have that sense of security that I will always be there for
them no matter what. I know it is never too late and that truly is God's heart.
Before that can all happen, God will need to do tremendous healing in our
hearts and life from things of the past. I am fully trusting that He will do
that.
Isn't that just like it is with our Lord? He wants us to have a deep
relationship with Him. He wants us to have strong ties with Him and for us to
know that He will never abandon us but will always be there for us no matter
what. He wants us to feel secure in our relationship with Him and for us to
have greater intimacy with Him. Above all He wants us to know that we are truly
loved by Him. A love that is beyond our understanding.
His Word tells us...
"Behold, I stand at
the door and knock.
the door and knock.
If anyone hears my voice
and opens the door,
I will come in to
Him
and dine with Him,
and dine with Him,
and he with Me."
Revelation 3:20
Our Heavenly Father is waiting for us to open our hearts wide for Him to come into our life. As we open our hearts, He will come in and dine with us. He wants to speak to us and for us to draw close to Him. He wants us to be with Him every moment we possibly can. He has so much He wants to show us. He wants to do tremendous healing in our hearts. He loves for us to come to Him. He never tires of us but welcomes us with opens arms.
Just as I desire a relationship with my three children, our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ desires a relationship with us. When my children open their hearts
to me, that will happen. And when we open
our hearts to Jesus that will happen.
The bottom line is and most importantly, cultivating and running hard
after a rich, strong relationship with our Lord.
It's all about having a relationship with Him!
