Today you will read about the gift of faithfulness that we give to the Lord and to the people whose paths we cross during our daily walk. Carol wrote, "We are the branches of the Vine. Those who remain in the Lord can't help but grow and send out shoots of fruitfulness. Why? So we can live a worthy life that will please our Lord in every way."

"FRUITFULNESS"

"And we pray this in order that you may live a life
worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every way:
bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God."

Colossians 1:10

Followers of Jesus Christ, those who have a relationship with Him, know they are fully accepted and cleansed by His blood. Because we live in His grace, we want to go out and do what Jesus did. We want to be like Jesus. We want to help our neighbors. We want to support mission projects which we cannot go on ourselves.

We want to bring other people to church with us and share the gospel message with everyone we can. We want a church home for fellowship to help build up the Body of Christ. We want to read our Bible daily and pray without ceasing so we can grow closer to the Lord.

We are the branches of the Vine. Those who remain in the Lord can't help but grow and send out shoots of fruitfulness. Why? So we can live a worthy life that will please our Lord in every way.
