Friday Writing...4/26/18..."Now And Forever"

Good Morning,

Today we are blessed by a poem which talks about the blessings we receive now from the Lord and in eternity when we go home to heaven. Here is a quote Karen wrote in her poem, "There will be great singing in heaven above,  By the voices of all the souls that You’ve won!"

What a wonderful time that will be. It will be amazing!

"Now And Forever"

Thank You for Your wonderful church, Lord,

And all You give us to do

Continue to help us in sharing Your word

So beautiful and so true.

                                    

                                  We want to share the comfort

All Your children receive from You,

That none would live in trembling 

Of this world and all it’s sin, too.

The peace that only You can provide 

 Passes all understanding for man.

 Your love so great and so complete

 Keeps us safe by Your mighty hand.

                                     

We will tell the promise of all that’s to come

                                       And of Your glory for all to see.                                                               It will beam brightly throughout eternity,
                                           What we live for now will someday be.

 

Then on the day 

when every knee will bow

And every tongue confess Your name,      Great joy will fill each one of our hearts

As we praise You 

and the day that You came.

You’ll take all believers to heaven with You,

  Our earthly wait for You at last done.

             There will be great singing in heaven above                 By the voices of all the souls that You’ve won!
