Thursday Writing...3/7/19..."Charles Spurgeon Wisdom"

Good Morning

Today you will find some words of wisdom from the writings and preaching of Charles Spurgeon. There is some great thoughts to ponder in this writing. There are many sources for gaining wisdom. God, the Bible...especially Proverbs and Psalms, Christian writers such as Max Lucado and many others, educators, and people with just plain common sense. Here is a short and sweet wise directive from Spurgeon..."Of two evils, choose neither."

Have a great day and be blessed!
Corinne

"Charles Spurgeon Wisdom"

Charles Haddon Spurgeon was an English Baptist preacher. Spurgeon remains highly influential among Christians of various denominations, among whom he is known as the "Prince of Preachers". He began his preaching career at the age of fifteen. He often preached as many as 15 times to groups in a week. Spurgeon saw regeneration as is a work of pure grace—and believed that those the Lord regenerates, He will indwell. When Charles Spurgeon died in the 1880's n his late 50's more than 60,000 people came to honor him during the three days before his burial. He was a man of wisdom and the people were aware of this.

Here are thought provoking and
wise motivational quotes of Charles Spurgeon.
