Good Morning,
Today the writing is concerned with the thought that life is not fair. We make this a huge problem for ourselves because we persist in comparing who we are with others. Carol wrote, "Jesus paid our debts on the cross to give us the Kingdom of Heaven and make us heirs of the promises of God. Now each of us who believe in Jesus are clothed with His righteousness. I'm glad that, because of Jesus Christ, life isn't fair!"
God has appointed each of us to complete a task for which we are perfectly created to accomplish in His kingdom. Take on the task and do not compare yourself with others.

"LIFE ISN'T FAIR"
Written by
Carol Steficek
"For they have no
pangs until death;
their bodies are fat and sleek.
They are not in
trouble as other are;
they are not stricken like the rest of mankind.
Therefore pride is their necklace;
violence covers them as a garment."
Psalm 73:4

It isn't fair! It's hard
not to live by comparisons in this world. But we can be glad that God
doesn't play by the same rules and isn't keeping a scorecard. I don't
want to be compared to His pure holiness when I look at my sinfulness. I
don't want to get what I really deserve -- eternal punishment and
death. I don't want that kind of fairness! Jesus paid our debts on
the cross to give us the Kingdom of Heaven and make us heirs of the promises of
God. Now each of us who believe in Jesus are clothed with His
righteousness.
I'm glad that, because of Jesus Christ, life isn't fair!
