Tuesday Writing...9/18/18..."HAVING A GREAT RELATIONSHIP!"

Good Morning,

The theme today is how we build special relations through spending quality time with people and showing them you care. This is also true when it comes to building a relationship with Jesus. Spending time with Him every day will boost your connection and bring you to  a place where you feel His glorious love. Sandy wrote, "We are ultimate, top priority to Him and He wants to have an amazing relationship with Him. I encourage you to go deeper with Him and each and every day and you will reap and glean gloriously the benefit of an intimate relationship with Jesus!"

Let's schedule a daily meeting with Jesus and share our love with Him as He does with us.

In His Glorious Love,
Sandy

"NOTHING LIKE HAVING
A GREAT RELATIONSHIP!"

Written by

Sandy Billingham

My husband and I just got back from a terrific weekend. The company he works for just released a new product. Because my husband and his many co-workers worked so very hard to get this product released and get tremendous success on it, his bosses rewarded them and their entire family greatly! The reward was a weekend at a beautiful resort in San Antonio, Texas with all expenses paid!! We were treated royally and we enjoyed it thoroughly!
One of my favorite moments of the weekend was sitting outside the resort with my husband viewing the beautiful grounds and chatting with him about the new product. There were many amazing things that he had to say regarding the product getting into the customer's hands. He shared of the major process marketing department has to go through in order to make a sale.
The most utmost, number one thing that needed to happen was to build a strong relationship with the customer. In order to do that they would schedule They will trying to really get to know them and share all the dynamics of what the product entails. If they do a good job with those steps, that is where they begin to make a sale. They have convinced the client that their product is much better than all the competitors out there. That is the reward and where the finances begin to increase rapidly in the company. The company prospers and all the employees reap the fruit of the sales.
I found that quite fascinating. Isn't that exactly how it is when we first come into the Kingdom of God? Before we gave our life to Jesus, and if you were raised in a church, we only knew about God and about His history. It wasn't until we fully said, "Yes, Lord, I want you in my life..." and invited Him in that we were able to establish a beautiful relationship with Him.  The more time we spend with the Lord the stronger our relationship is, and the more we want to be with Him and know Him in even greater ways!
His Word tells us...
"Behold, "I stand at the door and knock,
If anyone hears my voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and dine with him,
and he with Me."
Revelation 3:20

Jesus has always wanted to have a relationship with us. He waits patiently for that moment that we hear His voice and let Him in to our life. He loves to hang out with us and speak to our hearts and make Himself known to us. He truly wants to be our very best friend! Christ is elated when we choose to build a relationship with Him. That will only happen when we set aside all of our activities and just be with our Heavenly Father. There is nothing like having quality time with our Abba Daddy.

Just as the Marketing Department of my husband's company make it top priority to be with their clients, Jesus Christ does the same. We are ultimate, top priority to Him and He wants to have an amazing relationship with Him. I encourage you to go deeper with Him and each and every day and you will reap and glean gloriously the benefit of an intimate relationship with Jesus!
