Good Morning, 

The theme this morning is that God can be trusted in all things. Any word of His in the Bible can be trusted as truth and relied upon. He is the only One in our lives that we can depend on completely. Sandy wrote, "We can have full confidence whatever we face in our life that our God is a shield to us and we can trust him completely. His way at any given time for us is perfect." 

Rely on this more that  you place your dependence and reliance in any area of your lives.

Today's Devotional 

"God's Word IS Proven Over and Over"

There are many things in this life that we as a people simply cannot rely on or trust. At some point friends and family may disappoint us and fail us. Things such as cars, air conditioners, computers, cell phones, will not always function properly and will fail us. There is one thing in life, though, that we can be absolutely sure of that will never let us down, and that is God and His Word. 

His Word tells us...

  "As for God,  His way is perfect; 

The Word of the Lord is  proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. 

For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?" 2 Samuel 22:31-32,

Our God is perfect in all of His ways!! There is nothing out of order in His life whatsoever! His Word, His promises are proven over and over and over again. We can trust in our living Savior because of who He is. He is our solid rock and none can compare to Him.

We must continuously meditate on our God's Word day and night; chewing on it and memorizing it. As we dwell on Him and who He is and His promises, our spirit man will become stronger and stronger.

When the enemy tries to come and accuse us or throw lies in our face, we can easily recognize his schemes and exploits. With great authority as believers we can resist him and he must readily flee! The more we know God's truth the weaker the enemy becomes in our life. We can be assured as we declare God's Word in situations in our life that God's Word will deliver. We can have full confidence whatever we face in our life that our God is a shield to us and we can trust him completely. His way at any given time for us is perfect. 

I speak joyously with blessed assurance
that our God and His Word will never, ever fail us,
for it is forever proven today and always!
