Good morning...
We are heading off today for a mini vacation. Wednesday we will be celebrating our 48th anniversary. We decided to visit San Simian to tour Hearst Castle. We have been here for 39 and have never visited this home. It is a palatial house built in the times when the wealthy had very lavish and big homes. We are also going to try to check out the surrounding area.
We will be back on Thursday.
Today's devotional is a bit different. It was created by Corinne Mustafa called "What Is Your Inspiration?" Two very sweet songs about Jesus are posted and people are asked to close their eyes to listen, let the Holy Spirit speak to their hearts, and then write (think out) their own devotional.

Today I am going to do something different for today's devotional. I have heard two songs that are basically on the same topic that really touched me. I am going to attach these two songs, and I ask you to close your eyes and listen to them and think about them. Let the Holy Spirit speak to your heart. I think as you ponder them you will write your own devotional in your mind from the Holy Spirit's inspiration mixed with your own precious thoughts. I hope that you enjoy the result of this exercise.
