Good Morning...Today I am leaving for the Women's Focus Ministries Retreat. This year is our 6th Annual Retreat, and our topic is "Hope is Here." This topic was chosen because there are so many people who are dealing with some degree of hopelessness. Our session topics will be centered on the needs for hope and how to build a paradigm that Hope is attainable. Jody Ward who is a devotional co-writer on Thursdays is my partner in this effort.
Please keep our group in your prayers this weekend.

Thursday Devotional
Jesus, when he shouted out loudly again, released His spirit and
breathed His last.
At that moment, the curtain in the Temple was ripped in two. The heavy
cloth that separated the Sanctuary from Holy Place was torn from the top to the
bottom.
All at once, there was a great earthquake and the rocks split apart in
pieces and at the same time the tombs broke open and many bodies of godly men
and women, who had fallen asleep in death, were raised to life. (After the
resurrection, they came out of their graves, left the cemetery and went into
the holy city, where many people saw them.)
Now there was a centurion, a Roman officer, and other soldiers assigned
to oversee the crucifixion and guard Jesus. When they saw the earth quake and
all the other things that happened, they were all filled with fear and
awe. The terrified centurion exclaimed “This
man really was the Son of God!
Matthew 24.50-54
The power of the resurrection can come bring new life into any of your situations. Resurrection power can give any circumstance that you have a new beginning. Pray and ask that today God bring every stubborn situations to its knees. Ask God to bring a fresh revelation to your heart and show you a new path to follow and connect with your destiny. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Inspirational Poem
I Hope
I hope that I will always be for each person
what he or she needs me to be.
I hope that each person’s death will diminish me,
but that fear of my own will never diminish my joy of life.
I hope that my love for those whom I like will never lessen
my love for those whom I do not.
what he or she needs me to be.
I hope that each person’s death will diminish me,
but that fear of my own will never diminish my joy of life.
I hope that my love for those whom I like will never lessen
my love for those whom I do not.
I hope that another person’s love for me will never
be a measure of my love for him or her.
be a measure of my love for him or her.
I hope that everybody will accept me as I am,
but that I never will.
but that I never will.
I hope that I will always ask for forgiveness from others,
but will never need to be asked for my own . . .
but will never need to be asked for my own . . .
I hope that I will always recognize my limitations,
but that I will construct none.
I hope that loving will always be my goal,
but that love will never be my idol.
but that I will construct none.
I hope that loving will always be my goal,
but that love will never be my idol.
I hope that everyone will always have hope.
