Good morning,
Sandy Billingham is the author of today's writing which she titled, "Bulldog Faith." She says that she has been known to fall apart when she faces challenges. But she has noticed that there is a benefit to going through these issues. Sandy wrote, "I am so thankful that I have gained much Victory through my trials and tribulations. The Lord has taught me to have a "Bulldog Faith." That is truly where my Victory comes!"
It is good to know that God uses such adverse experiences for our growth and learning.
Have a wonderful day.
God bless,
Sandy and Corinne

Today's Devotional
"Bulldog Faith"
Every day we have a choice how we will respond to the trying and difficult
experiences that we face. We can always get angry and shake our fist at God
asking "why is this happening to me???" or, we can run as fast as we
can into the arms of Jesus knowing He will take care of us.
I can honestly say there have been many times that I have fallen apart and
gotten in the "self pity" mode when tough times have arose. The good
thing is, that I have learned from those times. There is no life whatsoever
when I choose to go that route. It is a dead end street always!

I am so thankful that I have gained much Victory through my trials and tribulations. The Lord has taught me to have a "Bulldog Faith." That is truly where my Victory comes! He gives me the strength each and every time no matter what I face, to stand with strong tenacious faith.
His Word says...
"I have set the Lord always before me.
Because He is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken."
Psalm 16:8
My eyes will be fixed on Him and not the situation. I am setting my God
before me. He promises me He is at my right hand and because of that I will not
be shaken!! That is a Victory cry for everyone of us! It doesn't matter what is
happening around us or what people say, He is with us!

I can be tenacious at every turn. When my world may look like it is falling apart, my God is right there with me. I do not have to fall prey to "self pity or woe is me" mentality. I will hold on to God's promises with tenacious "Bulldog Faith."
Keeping all that in mind, we can always be confident that our God will come
through! Our God will deliver in great Victory and we will not be shaken!!
