Good morning...
Today was weird. Our daughter borrowed our car. I was at home without a car while my hubby used my car. How spoiled I am...lol. I did not have anything pressing to do, but I felt hemmed in by my lack of wheels.
Hope your Wednesday is a wonderful "hump day."
God bless from

The Devotional component in the Wednesday Writings of Women's Focus Ministries is titled, "The Lord's Hand Is Not Shortened" and was written by Sandy Billingham. The topic is about the fact that God wants no man to perish. He desires that all people will be in heaven with Him. Sandy wrote, "Bring every name before the throne room of Jesus and lay it at His feet. Then wait, watch and expect God's hand to move in strategic and powerful ways.."

"The Lord's Hand Is Not Shortened"

We have such a mighty God! I am so thankful that we have a God that can do anything at anytime at anyplace. There is no limit what He can do.
I was encouraged by His Word today where it says...
"Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save;
Nor His ear too heavy, that it cannot hear."
Isaiah 59:1
His heart is that no man perish. He wants every man, woman and child to spend eternity with Him. He so desires to save and to hear the heart's cry of the people.
As long as we have breath we can call to Him to save the lost, because as His Word says, His hand is not too short to do so. Continue to bring your loved ones, friends, neighbors and acquaintances to Him in prayer that do not know Jesus. His ear is not too heavy that He cannot hear the names of the precious people that you bring before Him.
Call out to Him, and intercede on behalf of their very life that they will be saved. Bring every name before the throne room of Jesus and lay it at His feet. Then wait, watch and expect God's hand to move in strategic and powerful ways.
He is the one that awakens them. He is the one that will touch the very depths of their hearts. He is the one that will open their eyes and ears to His truth. Then wait with Holy Expectation what He will do, for it is Him that will transform lives forevermore!!
In Holy Expectation,
Sandy

“We love Him because He first loved us.” ~1 John 4:9-10
“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” ~ Leviticus 19:18
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.” ~ Psalm 27:14
“If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. ~ I John 4:20
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~“In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the satisfaction for our sins.” ~ John 4:19
Snippets of Spiritual Insights from Beverley
I have learned that all the enemy has to do is to get us to believe there's something "wrong" with us and that in itself will literally stop us from becoming who we were really designed to be.
It's not hard to believe because there is a measure of truth in it since we are all imperfect. But when we don't understand that we spend so much of our time wrestling with it. Trying to "correct" it somehow.
We learn to "cover" it up. We try to "enhance" ourselves in all kinds of ways so that others won't "know." We try to "hide" or "become" the thing we think others will accept. Just look around us. We quite literally become obsessed with it.
Meanwhile the enemy is laughing at us for he knows the truth that we so often miss. The truth that even while we are all imperfect, that we were designed by a perfect God. A God Who knows how to fulfill His perfect purpose and will in and through us.
I love that He sees us so clearly. I love that the image of His Son is reflected in us. I love that He is neither surprised nor is His creative power limited through our imperfections.
I love that He beckons us into the light. That His kindness leads us to repentance. That He is the Lifter of our heads and the Keeper of our hearts.
Today Lord I once again lay down the desire to "make over" that which You have made. I trust the wisdom in Your Hands and the love and strength I feel in them. I love that You hold me. And comfort me. And tell me that I am Yours. That You delight in Me. Just as Your Father delights in You and calls You His very own.
