Good Morning
The topic for this Saturday writing is the importance of prayer and the need to talk to God like we would to a friend...sharing your thoughts and dreams with Him.Carol wrote, "There's nothing God does not want us to bring before His throne on any given day. So we need to get used to praying at all times, whatever we are doing -- just talk to God."
It just crossed my mind that we are never alone and we can talk to Him and our thoughts become prayer.
Have a blessed weekend,
Carol Steficek

"And pray in the
Spirit on all occasions
with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this
in mind,
be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints."
Ephesians 6:18, 19
I'm not sure where I
heard this phrase, but it is a good one -- "Pray always, pray all
ways." Prayer is supposed to be continual communication with
God.
There are times when we say formal prayers alone in our rooms, or
corporately with other believers in church services, but prayer should really
be something continual. Prayer is supposed to be for "all
occasions." God wants to share all aspects of our lives.
He
wants to share our good times, our happiness,
and our dreams, not just our
wants and needs.
There's nothing God does not want us to bring before His
throne on any given day. So we need to get used to praying at all times,
whatever we are doing -- just talk to God. God also wants us to pray for
fellow believers, His church, our nation, and our world.
Keep on
praying.
Pray always.
