Good Morning,
Today's writing presents the goodness of God towards His people and His desire to rescue and redeem us. In this time of virus challenges, it is a blessing to know that God loves completely. Here is a quote from this writing, "May you find safety, restoration and joy in the hollow of His hands. May you find His Grace to walk through your present situation with grace, faith and hope, in the name of Jesus."
Keep your eyes on God and always pray about and discuss your fears and challenges with Him.
Be Blessed,
Brother Thomas Ukwute & Jody Ward

“Because I have invaded their mourning and grief with joy. I have changed their distress and suffering into happiness. I converted their weeping into laughter. I lavished comfort on them, and gave them gladness for their sorrow, for their captivity with all its pain are behind them.

Today's Devotional"RESCUED AND REDEEMED"
Brother Thomas Ukwute

You see, the Lord, our Lord, has
redeemed His people. He has paid a stiff price and ransomed them so they can be
free. He bought them back. The Lord delivered His chosen from the hands of
people who were stronger than they were. He rescued them, and saved them, from
enemies that could overpower them.
Then His people will come home singing
songs of joy. They will climb up Zion’s slopes with shouts of gladness. They
will be beaming and radiant with joy over the goodness of the Lord. They will
rejoice because of the bounty and blessing of the Lord. They will be delighted
with His gifts of good crops, grain, new wine and oil. They will celebrate the
good things from the Lord, the healthy sheep and cattle.
They
will not be left to dry up at another time. Their life will be like a
well-watered garden and they will never languish again. They will have plenty
of water and their soul will not sorrow or grieve any longer. His people will
not be troubled anymore but instead will prosper and grow.
“Because I have invaded their mourning and grief with joy. I have changed their distress and suffering into happiness. I converted their weeping into laughter. I lavished comfort on them, and gave them gladness for their sorrow, for their captivity with all its pain are behind them.
“I will fill and saturate the soul of religious leaders with
abundance and will fully satisfy My people with My goodness. My people will be
filled with the good things I give them”
declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 32.27
What a
wonderful promise! What marvelous words!
Sometimes,
you are in situations where you think God has forgotten you. Or you might even be in a place where you feel hopeless and you
think the promises of the scripture are empty and in vain.
Let me
remind you that God stands behind every word He spoke. Do not give up and
forget that He will bring His words to pass in His own time.
May you find
safety, restoration and joy in the hollow of His hands. May you find His Grace
to walk through your present situation with grace, faith and hope, in the name
of Jesus.
