Saturday Writing...3/28/20..."MY TIMES"

Good Morning,

The writing today is concerned with the ways we use time and what is the best choice. Carol wrote, "If you don't know this truth, ask the Holy Spirit to open your heart and mind to the saving grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.  Commit your times to His almighty hands and rest securely in His love."

Time to find ways to give our times to God.

"MY TIMES"

"My times are in your hands..."
Psalm 31: 15a

We think we're self-sufficient, self-made individuals.  Most people take total credit themselves for what they've accomplished in life, what they own, and who they are.  Yet we cannot do the really most important thing in life by ourselves. 

We cannot extend our lives even one day longer than is allotted to us by God, and we cannot obtain eternal life on our own.  Many a dying person would give up everything they own for longer life.  Many a dying person without faith in Jesus as Savior is afraid of what lies beyond this earthly life because they have no hope and nothing to look forward to.  

Truly, our times are in the hands of the eternal God who made us and sent Jesus to redeem us.  Time and eternity are in His hands, not ours.  The most blessed people are those who recognize God and know they have eternal life by being saved by the blood of Jesus.  

If you don't know this truth, ask the Holy Spirit to open your heart and mind to the saving grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.  Commit your times to His almighty hands and rest securely in His love.
