Good Morning,
The writing today is centered on the importance of right thinking in all we do. What we choose to think about affects and defines our whole life. Right thinking leads to a life that pleases the the Spirit. Carol wrote, "You need to know what the Spirit says and the Word of God in order to be able to set your mind on what the Spirit desires for your life."
Time for everyone to learn from the Word which will provide ways to have right thinking.
Blessings

"Those who live
according to the sinful nature
have their minds set on what that nature
desires;
but those who live in accordance with the
Spirit h
ave their minds set on what the Spirit desires."
Romans 8:5
In order to live a
godly and productive life it matters immensely what you choose to think
about. Yes, you do have a choice. Right
thinking is a combination of a spirit-filled life and a positive
attitude. Sometimes thought pop into your mind which can be
either sinful or negative. It is important that you immediately focus
your mind on something more positive and bring
some Bible passages to mind when you are fighting evil temptations.
It
matters what you put into your mind as that is
what is going to be your focus and your reservoir to draw from. So spend
more time reading the Bible and literature
which is positive and uplifting. Be careful what you watch on television
or see in the move theaters or talk about with
friends. You need to know what the Spirit says and the Word of God in
order to be able to set your mind on what the
Spirit desires for your life.
Right thinking comes by way of knowledge
and a lot of effort on your part.
You are what you
think.
