Good Morning...
The title of today's writing is, "Trust In God, And Trust Also In Me." The theme is that in troubled times like these we have much about which to worry. The fact to be glad about it that we can rely on His proximity to us in times of need. The author wrote, "He will not leave us stranded, but He comes right along side of us and assures us He will be there for us. It may look differently then what we think, but He will take great care of us with His tender, compassionate love."
It is a blessing that the One who comes along side us knows what we need even more than we do. So it is a win win situation.
Enjoy His company and His provisions.

"Trust In God, And Trust Also In Me"
These are troubling times.... there is much uncertainty all around us. But that should not be surprising to God's Son's and Daughters. The Lord tells us in His Word that there will be difficult times ahead. That is why we can be so thankful that we have a loving Father that will take good care of us in the midst of everything that is going on around us.
"Don't let your heart be troubled -
Trust in God, and trust also in me."
John 14:1
Over and over again I meditate on that passage. The Lord specifically tells us to NOT let our heart be troubled. We are to trust in God and Him alone!!! So every time I become afraid or dwell on the "what ifs", I realize I need to NOT go there in my mind. That is a non-dwelling zone! I veer my heart towards heaven and speak John 14:1 boldly! As I speak that out loud and do that with great confidence, God's peace comes over me and that trust in Him is reinforced.
Our Heavenly Father is trustworthy. When He tells us to trust in Him, we can count on Him coming through for us. He will not leave us stranded, but He comes right along side of us and assures us He will be there for us. It may look differently then what we think, but He will take great care of us with His tender, compassionate love.
Next time your heart becomes troubled.... do an about face... DO NOT let your heart be troubled... TRUST fully in God. As you do that, watch Him work amazingly in your life! He will not disappoint you!!
Trusting In Him,
Sandy
