Good Morning,
The writing today gives a challenge to our understanding of the well being we hope for and that God orchestrates. The title of this writing is "Affirmations of Our Protector." It is very interesting though different from the usual writings that we feature. Hopefully you will read this and study it...you will emerge a wiser person. Here is a quote from this writing, "As you stand, covered in the covenant of God’s amazing grace, may the doors of power and opportunity open before you."
God bless

"Affirmations of Our Protector"
This is what the Lord, Adonai, says concerning the king of Assyria. “He will not come into this city, or even shoot a single arrow there. Don’t worry, your enemy will not enter Jerusalem or brandish a shield before it or raise an assault ramp against it. There will be no marching against the city and no earthen siege mound built to breach the walls.
The king and his army will absolutely not set foot in this city. They will return to their own country by the road they came on without ever entering Jerusalem,” declares the Lord.
“For I will defend this city and save it. I will save Jerusalem for My sake, My honor and for the sake of my servant David, who reverently served Me.”
An affirmation of Jehovah.
Isaiah 37.33-35
A Prophetic Declaration Over You Today:
Whoever has risen against you, those around you that made it their purpose to undo you and stand against your advancement, they will be the very ones to announce your promotion in the name of Jesus.
Anything planted in your way in order to stop your dream or delay your destiny shall become your stepping stone to excellence and prominence in the kingdom of God.
As you stand, covered in the covenant of God’s amazing grace, may the doors of power and opportunity open before you.
When the expectation of the wicked against you is turned into foolishness, your enemies will be forced to celebrate. When they see the failure of their conspiracy, they will have no choice but to honor you.
Walk in His favor and power today, knowing the Lord is your defender. May His hand be upon you for good, in the name of Jesus.
Here is another version of today's scripture...
“Finally, this is God’s verdict on the king of Assyria:
“‘Don’t worry, he won’t enter this city,
won’t let loose a single arrow,
Won’t brandish so much as one shield,
let alone build a siege ramp against it.
He’ll go back the same way he came.
He won’t set a foot in this city.
God’s Decree.
I’ve got my hand on this city
to save it,
Save it for my very own sake,
but also for the sake of my David dynasty.’”
won’t let loose a single arrow,
Won’t brandish so much as one shield,
let alone build a siege ramp against it.
He’ll go back the same way he came.
He won’t set a foot in this city.
God’s Decree.
I’ve got my hand on this city
to save it,
Save it for my very own sake,
but also for the sake of my David dynasty.’”
Isaiah 37:33-35

The Commentary beneath the scripture in today's devotional models how God prophesies over us and plans our well being when we rely on Him. These words are the words that the Lord is prophesying over the people of this era. It does not mean that we will never suffer in life; it means that in the end we will live in victory because of His designs for his people.
