Good morning,
Sandy Billingham is the author of this writing today. The title is"Rejoice Always," and the theme is that you can have joy from God as you pass through a difficult trial. She points out that it is possible to have victory and joy from God at these times. The important thing is to focus on God and not on the problem. Sandy wrote. "If my focus remains on the problem and nothing else, of course I won't experience His JOY. The Key is... as I Praise my Lord and keep my eyes on Him, He will truly give me His JOY. The problem may take some time to work out. I may have many hurdles to jump, but Jesus will be my help every step of the way!!"
This is good advice and it helps us to get through serious issues with less upsetting results.
God bless
Sandy and Corinne

Today's Devotional
"Rejoice Always"
I am thankful daily that whatever trial or tribulation or problem I am facing I know God has the solution. And not only does He have the solution, but He will also always give me Victory and JOY in the midst of it!
If my focus remains on the problem and nothing else, of course I won't experience His JOY. The Key is... as I Praise my Lord and keep my eyes on Him, He will truly give me His JOY. The problem may take some time to work out. I may have many hurdles to jump, but Jesus will be my help every step of the way!!
His Word tells us...
"Rejoice in the Lord Always.
Again I will say Rejoice."
Philippians 4:4
That word "Always" simply means "all the time." We may not feel like it at the time, but as we are faithful to push through and press in, we shall see Victory and experience His JOY!!! Experiencing His JOY is not something we feel on the outside, but it comes from the inside. As we begin to Praise Him and Rejoice, it may just be a small trickle of JOY being stirred up in our Spirit man. As we continue steadfastly that JOY will rise and rise to the point of flowing and bubbling over within us.
Our God is always faithful to His Children as we walk in His Word. So I encourage you the next time you are walking through difficult situations to Rejoice in the Lord fully! As you Rejoice in Him and Praise Him, you can be assured of a great outcome of letting His JOY explode inwardly!! So let HIS JOY BEGIN!!
