Good Morning...
I am still slowly wading out of the resettling from my vacation, believe it or not. This evening we will be having our August Praise 'n Prayer Meeting. I am looking forward to seeing the women who come. It is always a blessing. Hard to believe that today is the last day of August!
My friend Nancy is coming home from Colorado today. She has been away for the summer. We have missed her and will be glad to welcome her and to have her with us again. She is such a blessing in our home...not just a friend but also family.
Today's devotional, written by Sandy Billingham is titled, "We Are God's Favorite." It is important to realize how the Lord sees us. If we really could completely comprehend His love for us we would all be different in how we life life. Sandy wrote, "What a huge privilege to be called His daughter! For all of eternity, I am ever so thankful, and for now, I would have it no other way being 'God's Favorite'!!"

"We Are God's Favorite"
Our Abba Daddy is crazy about His Sons and Daughters! The depth of His love for us is like no other in the entire Universe! If we truly knew what He really, really thought about us, I am sure things would be quite different in our life.
Take a look at how the Lord sees us...
"Since you were precious in My sight,
You have been honored, and I have loved you...."
Isaiah 43:4A
The Lord not only loves us, but He sees us as so very precious in His sight and He highly honors us. We belong to Him entirely and He delights in us continuously! He is thrilled to have us in His family!!
That particular verse would be an excellent one to have memorized. When any doubt would ever enter our mind on who we are as believers, we could immediately refer to His Word on how God is Crazy, Wild in love with us, how precious we are and how we have been honored by Him.
There is nothing like being a Child of the Most High King. Because of who we are, He has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.
Being a Blessed people is putting it mildly! The Lord has given us so much, and we have tremendous things to look to in the future!
What a huge privilege to be called His daughter! For all of eternity, I am ever so thankful, and for now, I would have it no other way being "God's Favorite"!!
