We are a group of Christian women (and one man) who write daily devotionals and other articles of interest to women.
We publish daily. Praying that you will enjoy this ministry.

Thank you and God bless,
Corinne Mustafa.......and the Writing Staff of "WFM"

One of our writers is writing a novel, called AFTER THE EVENT, that is published Saturdays separately from the daily posts. There is a link on the left side that will take you to the blog of the novel which is being posted in installments.

Wednesday Writings.......4/6/16

Good Morning,

It was a beautiful day today. The temps were in the low 80's and the sky was blue with fluffy white clouds. There are flowers in bloom all over town. Tomorrow it is supposed to be even warmer...perhaps in the mid 90's. That might be a bit of overkill for me as I an warm blooded. But I thank God for the flowers and for the wonderful beauty He put into His world.

Have a good day!

Change
What do you have to do to get change to happen in your life?
For sure if you do nothing then nothing will happen.
What is something you could do today to start change?

  Wednesday Devotional

   "Trust With All Your Heart"

I am totally amazed how quickly my heart and my thoughts change when I engage fully in Jesus. Take for instance if I am worrying and fretful about something, I can really get myself in a quandary. I  sometimes get to that point of hopelessness. But the good news is, when I completely give my problems to Jesus, my whole outlook on the situation looks incredibly bright.

Jesus tells us...
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths."
Proverbs 3:5-6

When we choose to trust the Lord with everything that is within us and holding nothing back, we can experience a beautiful rest and peace in Him. He so wants us to trust and lean on Him. He desires us to acknowledge Him, so He can lead the way in our life. He is our Daddy and He longs to take care of us.
Our Lord wants more than anything for His children to not worry or be afraid. He is always saying to us to trust and lean with our all, and He will take care of the rest!

Trusting In Jesus,

Saving faith is an immediate relation to Christ, accepting, receiving, resting upon Him alone, for justification, sanctification, and eternal life by virtue of God's grace.
Charles Spurgeon
Sincerity makes the very least person to be of more value than the most talented hypocrite.
Charles Spurgeon

The greatest enemy to human souls is the self-righteous spirit which makes men look to themselves for salvation.
