Saturday Writing...5/16/20..."NEVER SURPRISED",

Good Morning,

The writing today points out how God is never surprised. This is due to the fact that God has existed from all eternity...before time even began. Carol wrote, "For us as believers He said all things will work together for our good. So don’t be surprised by what the day holds for you. Just take the Lord’s hand, and trust your walk with Him."

You should do this on a daily basis.

May God bless your weekend and the week to come.

"NEVER SURPRISED"

“Jesus answered,
before Abraham was born,
I AM!”
John 8:58

There are a number of incidents in the Gospels where Jesus predicted what was going to happen. Many times He answered unasked questions which people were only thinking.

After three years with Jesus, this was one of the convincing factors which led the disciples to believe He was the Messiah.
One good example is the story about Phillip sitting under the tree before he met Jesus. Another is Jesus’ prediction about Peter’s denial.

Since Jesus always was and is, nothing surprises Him. There is no such thing as an “accident or a coincidence.” This also should provide much peace for us with the world situation.

God is still in control and is the only One who really knows what is going on and is controlling world events for His purposes. For us as believers He said all things will work together for our good. So don’t be surprised by what the day holds for you. Just take the Lord’s hand, and trust your walk with Him.
