Good Morning...
Sandy Billingham is the author of today's writing. The title of her writing is "You Belong To Jesus." The theme of this writing is that we as people who have accepted Jesus know who they are, while others who are still trying to figure it out and go through an identity crisis until they do figure it out. Sandy wrote, "What a relief to know that God is our Heavenly Father who loves us dearly and calls us His very own. ...... We are marked eternally for Him and Him alone. He promises to never leave us or abandon us." Receive this; it has wisdom.
Have a terrific Tuesday and be blessed. Please continue to pray for our country every day.
God bless
Corinne & Sandy.

Today's Devotional
"You Belong To Jesus"
"You Belong To Jesus"
So many people in this world are walking around not knowing who they really are or the purpose they have on this earth. I guess you could call it an "identity crisis." In the midst of trying to discover who they are, comes much turmoil and confusion, which not only affects them but all the people around them.
The good news is that if you have surrendered your life to Christ, you can fully say with great confidence that you belong to Jesus, and your identity is entirely in Him. In fact in scripture it says...
"But you belong to God, my dear children.
You have already won a victory because the spirit
You have already won a victory because the spirit
who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world."
1 John 4:4
What a relief to know that God is our Heavenly Father who loves us dearly and calls us His very own. He loves it when we spend time with Him and give Him top priority in our life. We are marked eternally for Him and Him alone. He promises to never leave us or abandon us.
So next time when you start to question your identity or start feeling a little out of place, let the passage of 1 John 4:4 saturate your heart and mind, reminding you that you will forever belong to Jesus and He is forever yours and that will never change!
Forever His,
Sandy Billingham
