Today's writing is by Sandy Billingham, and it is titled, "We've Got Each Other's Back." The theme is that we are all part of the Body of Christ, and, as such, we can rely on this extended family to come alongside and to lift us up. Sandy wrote, "As God's Sons and Daughters we are His hands and feet and Jesus' Power moves through us! We can always be ever confident that being a part of God's great big Family that "we've got each other's back!"

Another great benefit having a Huge Family is that we are there for each other. When we are walking through tough times, or just need someone to help us get back on track we can ask our Sisters and Brothers to pray for us.
We are to be there for one another and be ready at any given moment to help our Family. Jesus has asked us to be tenderhearted and kind and caring towards our Brothers and Sisters in Christ. He wants us to walk that extra mile even when we don't feel like it.

Today's Devotional
"We've Got Each Other's Back"
I love being a part of the Body of Christ. When you surrender your life fully to Christ, you become a part of a Huge Family! Our family lives all over the world! And the day we leave this earth we will meet Jesus face to face along with thousands of others, which are our Family, that have passed from this world to heaven.
Another great benefit having a Huge Family is that we are there for each other. When we are walking through tough times, or just need someone to help us get back on track we can ask our Sisters and Brothers to pray for us.
Scripture says...
"Let each of you look out not only for his own interests,
but also for the interests of others."
Philippians 2:4
We are to be there for one another and be ready at any given moment to help our Family. Jesus has asked us to be tenderhearted and kind and caring towards our Brothers and Sisters in Christ. He wants us to walk that extra mile even when we don't feel like it.
That is why I love being in the Family of God. We need each other and we have each other. We are there for one another to hold each other up! I am so thankful that in a heartbeat I can call on my "God Family" and they immediately respond to reach out and be there for my need.
