The theme of today's devotional is the value of wisdom and wise choices. The title of this writing is "GOD'S WAY." Carol Steficek wrote the following, "God shows us the way to live to give us full and abundant lives. Godly wisdom is a gift that only those who walk with God really know. Be wise -- seek the way of God."
Wishing you a productive Friday and all the days to come until Christmas without loosing sight of the Reason for the season. Please continue to pray for our country and for the San Francisco north Bay Area that the floods from high rain will subside while we thank God for the fact that it is good for the drought.

"GOD'S WAY"
"Listen, my son,
and be wise,
and keep your heart on the right path."
Proverbs 23:19
Proverbs is a book in the Bible which has much to teach us about life -- how to
live to prosper, how to gain wisdom, how to enjoy life, how to follow the way
of God rather than the ways of a fallen world.
Most people tend to think that by following directions and commandments from
God that this will take the fun out of life. The opposite is true.
God wants only the best for us and knows what way will gain this for us, in
this life and eternally.
Is it great to spend time in prison cooped up in a cage rather than having the
freedom to live in the world? Is it fun to be so high on drugs that you
miss what is going around you? Is it to your benefit to acquire a
venereal disease and jeopardize your health and future for sex outside of marriage?
Does it give you peace to live with guilt and self-condemnation for the
way you are living your life without God?
God shows us the way to live to give us full and abundant lives. Godly
wisdom is a gift that only those who walk with God really know. Be wise
-- seek the way of God.
