Good Morning,
It has been an interesting night. We still do not have a final result of who will be our next president. My hope is that no matter who is the winner we will follow the directives of the Bible about our leaders that say that we must respect them and pray for them. I hope we can heal the divide that has almost torn our country apart. Prayers are needed.
The Wednesday devotional is called "OUT OF HIS HEART WILL FLOW RIVERS OR LIVING WATER." It was authored by Sandy Billingham whose topic is how God's living waters will flow from Him onto us through the Holy Spirit. Sandy wrote, "The Lord is so alive in our hearts through His Spirit. As we allow and give Him full permission, the sky is the limit of, what He will do in and through us!! "

The rivers of living water are referring to the Holy Spirit, and as we open our lives to Jesus and fully believe in Him, the Holy Spirit will continuously flow in our heart. Those rivers of living water will cleanse and purify us and draw us to the Lord in a deeper place. Those rivers of living water will awaken our hearts to know and understand Him more.

Today's Devotional
"Out Of His Heart Will Flow Rivers Of Living Water"
My friend and I went for a beautiful prayer walk today. For me it was a double blessing. Not only did I get to enjoy God's beauty, but Lora and I prayer-walked for about two hours. There was nothing like it! On our walk we saw two waterfalls and we were both so excited. The sound of the falls was peaceful and inviting.
The waterfalls that I saw reminded me of the scripture...
"He who believes in Me, as the Scriptures has said,
out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."
John 7:38
That is a beautiful promise to us.
The rivers of living water are referring to the Holy Spirit, and as we open our lives to Jesus and fully believe in Him, the Holy Spirit will continuously flow in our heart. Those rivers of living water will cleanse and purify us and draw us to the Lord in a deeper place. Those rivers of living water will awaken our hearts to know and understand Him more.
As we press into Jesus with hearts wide open, He will bring us to new places with Him and help us to walk in His ways and not our own ways.

I will never forget the flowing and the sounds of the waterfalls today. It will forever be etched in my mind how the Lord's Holy Spirit continues to be released in a magnificent way into our hearts!!
