Good Morning,
"HOLD ONTO HIM" is the name of the devotional written by Kelly Dobyns today. When she considers the hatred and unpleasantness that is going on in the world, she becomes upset until she remembers that her greatest and only hope is in God. There are many scriptures that support this realization. Kelly wrote, "He holds us, he lifts us up. There is nothing that I can’t do when I keep Him by my side; when I turn to Him for the comfort that I need so desperately every single moment of my life on earth."
A good word! Please keep it in mind as you travel your Friday path. Please also continue to pray for our country.

HOLD ONTO HIM
There are so many crazy things going on these days. Things that I don’t understand and many that I can’t even comprehend. So much hatred among apposing side, a lot of the times that hatred is only imagined by other partners, nonetheless there is still so much unpleasantness happening. If I think about it too much, I can get myself worked up about it. When I catch myself doing that, I remember that our greatest and only hope is in God.
Many are saying of me,
“God will not deliver him.”
But you, Lord, are a shield around me,
my glory, the One who lifts my head high.
I call out to the Lord,
and he answers me from his holy mountain.
I lie down and sleep;
I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.
I will not fear though tens of thousands
assail me on every side.
Psalm 3:2-6

He holds us, he lifts us up. There is nothing that I can’t do when I keep Him by my side; when I turn to Him for the comfort that I need so desperately every single moment of my life on earth. I can feel my mind and body relax instantaneously when I hold Him right by my side.I can do all this through him
who gives me strength.
