Good Morning,
The devotional for Wednesday is named"No Strife, But Patience." It was written by Sandy Billingham. It speaks of the need to have conversations without rancor whenever possible. When arguing happens, it results in a loss of peace ending up in walking a road that God does not appreciate. Sandy wrote, "The whole atmosphere changes when we are approaching conversations with the heart of God. Even the most hard heart can melt when we walk in the attributes of Christ."
Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Love and God bless

Wednesday Devotional
"No Strife, But Patience"
Do you ever have moments with people that just plain rub you the wrong way? You may try to reason with them, but to no avail. You may try to explain your way through a somewhat tense conversation, but it keeps getting even more intense.
The Lord clearly tells us...
"But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes,
knowing that they generate strife.
And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel
but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient..."2 Timothy 23-24
When disputes and quarrels break out, emotions and words can get out of control. When those things happen, all peace disappears and strife rises up. God truly wants us to walk in Gentleness, Peace, Patience, Humility and His unfailing Love.
The whole atmosphere changes when we are approaching conversations with the heart of God. Even the most hard heart can melt when we walk in the attributes of Christ.
I will be ready next time a possible heated argument would try to arise. I will choose to walk in His Humility, Peace, Gentleness, Patience and Love and watch God move in beautiful and healing ways; for His ways are always the Best Ways!!
In His Great Peace,
Sandy Billingham
